The Poodles Do Arizona - March 2009

Scooter, Chelsea and Daisy joined Ed and I on a trip to Scottsdale and Tucson, Arizona.  We had a blast!

We stayed two nights at the Firesky Resort in Scottsdale and as you can see from the photo above, it was GORGEOUS!  Very dog friendly, the provided convenient grassy areas for the dogs along with poop bags.  (We always bring our own, but nice to know they are there for those that need them.)

 
The resort's restaurant was awesome, and dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio area, as shown here.

I shudder when I hear of people visiting dog parks, but Daisy desperately needed a place to run and play off-leash after two days in Arizona.  We found this dog park just outside of Scottsdale on our drive down to Tucson, and hit it at just the right time of day - no other people or dogs around!
