Seamus Finds His Forever Family at Golden Acres!

Seamus was only with us a short time, but he was meant to be mine for those few months.  I am so happy we were able to give this very special dog a home.  He died in my arms April 6, 2008, of hemangiosarcoma.

My husband has had to listen to me rant about my desire for a Standard Poodle for months.
I didn't know if I'd ever find a gentle, mellow older Standard that would be kind to my Toy Poodles and safe around my cats.  Well, much to my delight, Seamus found me!  His original owners divorced, and his second home didn't want him because "he doesn't do anything!"  (Huh?  What's THAT supposed to mean?)

Seamus is about 7 years old and typical Poodle.  He follows me from room to room and loves to snuggle with his head buried in my arms.  While he loves his toys, he will allow the Toy & Mini Poodles to take them from him and has no cross words for anyone.

Just as handsome as he can be, Seamus is never far from his woobies.
The first day with us he thought he was on a treasure hunt!  He found all the lost toys that had fallen under the furniture or behind chairs.  That evening, he sat on the carpet surrounded by all of his woobies.

Can I please have my froggy back?  Pretty please??
